Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested in late August and early September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with natural yeasts using the Charmat method for 3-4 months. The sparkling wine is then aged in bottle for 4-6 months. It contains less than twelve grams of sugar per litre.
Colour: pale yellow.
Aroma: delicate, intense with notes of almonds, citrus and flowers.
Taste: very dry and harmonious.
Region: Valdobbiadene.
